An increasing number of insurance providers have teamed up with alternative health practitioners
to provide discount services for you. The ChooseHealthy program is a national affinity discount program
that provides a value-added service to a medical benefit plan.
Look for the ChooseHealthy logo on your insurance card or do a Provider Search
on the ChooseHealthy website (www.choosehealthy.com) to find out about
eligibility and benefits for “alternative” or “natural” therapies.
If your provider does not participate in the ChooseHealthy program, they may provide a different alternative health program. If so, you can do a search for “Elegant Touch Massage Therapy” under the DocFind feature of your provider’s website.
